Species: Graphium sarpedon
Common names: Blue Triangle
This is still a very common butterfly in Brisbane and can often be seen flying rapidly and rather erratically through the bushland. In the reserve its main larval food plants are Cryptocarya, Planchonella and Clerodendrum but I suspect that most larvae feed on Cinnamomum camphora (Champhor Laurel) that is a weed tree common around Brisbane. Note that almost all Camphor Laurels have now been removed from the reserve.
